1. Services

Primansh provides SEO and web development services specifically for chartered accountants and CA firms in India. Our services include website design, local SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. We offer both one-time project fees and monthly retainer models. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Project Delivery

We provide estimated timelines at project kickoff. Delays caused by client-side feedback or content delays may extend the timeline. We commit to transparent communication throughout.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all website designs, code, and content created by Primansh become the property of the client. SEO strategies and proprietary tools remain the property of Primansh.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed is non-refundable. Monthly SEO services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Primansh is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or search engine ranking fluctuations beyond our control. SEO results are not guaranteed as they depend on various external factors.
